The Grind is a family-owned and operated business, founded in 2018 in Benson, North Carolina, by Varinder Bhardwaj. In 2022, we opened our second location in Apex, NC, where we continue to strive towards providing our customers great food and drinks, no matter if they're on the go or dining in.
